How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders are packed and shipped through the U.S. Postal Service within three business days of your order.
We’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on it’s way.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Just send us an email at Orders@GivingDog.com and if we haven’t shipped your order, we’ll do all we can to help.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We can, but will have to charge for the shipping fee. We’ll notify of the cost before shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Orders are paid through PayPal – which we feel helps protect you and your credit card information. Plus, it’s easy.

I ordered, but it hasn’t arrived. What’s next?

Remember that we ship using the USPS. If a reasonable amount of time occurs after we notified you that you order has shipped and you still haven’t received it, contact us at Orders@GivingDog.com.

Ouch. My package arrived and it was damaged.

Can I order something that’s out of stock?

Out of stock items can take a few weeks to receive. Let us know what you want at Orders@GivingDog.com and we’ll let you know when it arrives for you to order.
